Felicity Edwards, a licensed CPA in the State of Mississippi, has extensive experience in disaster recovery management. Since 2016, Felicity has served as a Program Manager overseeing Deepwater Horizon restoration projects in the State of Mississippi. As a Program Manager, she supported program oversight and project development, facilitating program objectives and project acceptance through the U. S. Department of the Treasury and other regulatory authorities. Felicity has coordinated project development through the RESTORE Act of more than 50 project grants totaling $350,000,000 to date. After Hurricane Katrina, she served as a grant administrator for tens of millions of dollars in disaster recovery projects in Hancock County, Mississippi.

Her primary responsibilities with clients include:

Overseeing project implementation, including the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of project activities to ensure that projects are executed within the authorized scope, schedule, and budget
Coordination and documentation of Sub-Recipient Federal Environmental Compliance
Compiling, organizing and uploading administrative record documents
Development of restoration planning, project, and compliance schedules
Stakeholder engagement, preparations of public meeting materials, presentations, and conference calls/meetings
Overall project schedule management
Best practices and compliance in financial transparency and accountability.
